This is a common theme, with even DDT’s beginnings as a tarp making firm on the Darling Downs being cited as part of TENEO’s “heritage”. This is obviously not the case.

Notwithstanding any publicity otherwise, the real and original DDT Liners – complete with its hard-earned heritage and extensive project experience – is still around, and eager to get on with its business of supplying and  installing Geosynthetics.

DDT Liners can be contacted by emailing Chris Riding, Managing Director, at chris@ddtliners.com.au or (0427)717 344. Alternatively, you may contact the other Director, Michael Ryan at michael@ddt.com.au or (0428)717 346.

Michael Ryan joined DDT in 1984, and Chris joined in 1994. Both are the real deal. Anyone who has dealt with them either personally or professionally can attest to them being genuine, customer oriented professionals, with the utmost integrity.

Max Brady is still associated with DDT and DDT Liners as a Consultant. Max established (and named) DDT in 1983, and DDT Liners circa 1999. He can be contacted at max@ddt.com.au  or on (0427) 582 328.

A company called DDT Liners Australia Pty Ltd was set up in 2014 to acquire DDT Liners, and to carry on trading as DDT Liners Australia Pty Ltd. Directors were initially Michael Walsh, Barry Griffin, and Chris Riding (Mr Walsh and Mr Griffin had operated a business called LiningTech).

In June 2015, this acquisition agreement was terminated by the directors of DDT Liners Australia. At this point, DDTLA  lost any right it may have had to trade under the DDT Liners banner.

Despite this, trade continued. Not only did DDTLA continue to use the name and its significant goodwill, they endeavoured to adopt DDT Liners’ considerable installation history.

As these legacy issues are disputed, DDTLA has now finally changed their name and morphed into TENEO. In spite of this, the full spectrum of their marketing continues to claim or infer experience on projects performed by DDT Liners - some completed well before 2014. By way of example, only the original DDT Liners team can claim to have installed the multi-layer liner/cover systems for five bulk liquid Caustic Soda bladders. These unique bladders appear as part of TENEO’s  marketing, falsely purporting to be part of their history.

To clear up any confusion regarding the status of DDT Liners, these are the facts:
