We support IAGI’s Aims and Objectives, and we follow IAGI specifications for Installation, where no other job specific “Spec” exists. The IAGI specification can be downloaded freely from their website - www.iagi.org
We are currently the only Australian Company to hold “Approved Installation Contractor” Certification from IAGI. To become certified, applicants must meet certain requirements in relation to business practices and history, insurance verification, safety training and professional competence and experience.
Part of the AIC Certification also requires that key members of our staff be “Certified Welding Technicians”. CWT was introduced to verify and recognise the skills of experienced welding technicians within the industry. To become a CWT, staff must pass both a written exam to assess industry knowledge and a practical exam to demonstrate welding competency.
Even if you choose not to use DDT Liners for your next liner job, we strongly advise that you choose an IAGI Member Installer, and that they follow the IAGI specification.
