DDT Liners have been involved in a broad range of projects since 1983. We have grown with the geo-lining industry and are always looking for new challenges.
We began with fabricating and installing light weight liners in 1983. By 1989, we progressed into the heavier, more “industrial grade” liners and covers.

Our first Lined/Floating Covered Potable Water Reservoir installed 1990 Our first (and Australia’s first) Lined/Floating Covered reservoir for bulk Molasses Storage installed 1991 Our first Double-lined ponds with Leak Detection System (for Toxic Effluent) installed 1992 Our first Floating Cover for Bio-gas Harvesting installed 1997 Our first Landfill Liner System installed 2002 Our first Floating Cover for Evaporation Control installed 2002 Our first (and World’s first) Lined/Floating Covered Reservoir for bulk concentrated Caustic Soda installed 2004 (and 4 more since) Our biggest individual liner: 37.2 hectares of 1.5mm thick HDPE (second biggest: 32 hectares at same site) Our biggest dam with liner: Lake is approx 5,000 hectares when full – Liner on dam wall only... approx 70,000m². Our best lining effort in one shift: 14,000m² of 1.5mm HDPE – deployed, joined and tested with a site team of 12 men. Read more
